I'm assuming you are using a 32bit Operating system (majority of people are).

Click on [Unofficial] Windows Builds 32bit
And download the latest build, which is Dolphin SVN Build 3972

I tried dolphin, it was terribly laggy.

 

The emulator is far from perfect, but it is the best one available. And obviously the better system you have the better your results will be.

i got another problem when i click extract here on pokemon xd gale of darkness it just makes a copy of itself and i mean the unplayable copy
