Is their an R4 Guide for people who are new to Roms/r4's/downloading/RAR ??

    My friend isn't very good with computer's and I'm wandering if anyone has made a guide to downloading, unzipping and transferring games to r4 cartridge, and how to update the different versions. I know the ins and outs of it but if no one else has made a tutorial (as i canot find a tutorial in that part of the forum) i will make one over the weekend.


    I don't know what category this would go in i put it in help.

    I don't honestly know of a tutorial online - but with an R4 chip all you need to know how to do is drag and drop. Plug your R4 chip into the USB reader, open My Computer and drag and drop once you've found the ROM's. Best of luck :)

    we have tutorials for some of the stages (e.g the winrar tutorial), but not a complete tutorial for the whole process.

    Thanks guys, i know how to do it myself, just thinking of making a small tutorial for people who dont know.

    Just so you know, we don't allow posting in the tutorials section, therefore tutorials should be posted in the nearest correct section (e.g this tutorial would go in technical help) then a member of staff will move them.
