I've been playing Pokemon Black and White 2 and I've been experiencing random freezing, which I know is due to the AP measures implemented. Will this happen for other games that have been / will be released?

If so, then the answer is, the DSTWO is the best cart for combating anti-piracy, a big majority of anti-piracy is fixed by the DSTWO without the need of an update, and if an update is required then the Supercard team are usually very good at releasing one.
The Black 2/White 2 AP was a bit of a different case. All cards had trouble running it first up. Including the DSTwo. So... you can patch the ROM you are using or update the DSTwo kernel. And to answer your question, the DSTwo will bypass the AP for a majority of the games that are released in the future.
