Is the DSTwo out NOW?

First off, sorry if somebody already made a thread like this, but I didn't see it.

Any way, according to http://www.acceshop4u.com/supercard-ds-two-scds2-for-ds-ds-lite-dsi-p-87991.html they have "399 Units in stock". Does that mean that the DSTwo is out?

 

I've found 3 other sites besides the one you listed that claim to have them in stock as well, so I would say it's out.
