Is Malwarebytes the best option

I probably should have installed one by now but I didn't know which was the best program for that kind of thing. Any suggestions or is Malwarebytes the best one I'm going to be able to find?

 

Malwarebytes is the best virus-scanner/malware removal tool.
It is not the best antivirus, in-fact, you can't really consider the free version an anti-virus.

If you're looking for a free antivirus then you should probably go for avast.

 

I already have an Anti-Virus program. I just need one for Malware.

 

Well, in that case, yes, Malwarebytes is the best option.

 

You can call it whatever you want dude, but that doesn't change the fact that it scans your system for viruses and then removes them.

 

So that aside I assume its a good program.

Who actually types in the address bar these days?

I just type what I want in Google and let that decide the last part...it takes the guesswork out of everything.
