What is the difference between pokemon platinum and pokemon SS & HG. I am not afraid to tell the emperor is naked.
ss & hg is better and is a remake of silver and gold,, these are better than platinum and you can play with your pokemon etc.
As the above poster said, SS and HG are remakes of Silver and Gold on the GBC and are the newest of the Pokemon series. Pokemon Platinum was the previous game and is largely regarded as a bit of a flop. Soul Silver is probably the best available at the moment, but the games are identical other than having slightly different Pokemon.
I think Graphic is a bit updated and you can call it "Old School" because it's a remake of the good old Pokemon Versions! Platin is the first pokemon which I hasn't played to the end because it bored me very much! From Gameplay and Story is HG/SS much better. Of course there are these "Classic" old Pokemons you should know from the Pokemon series. On top of that, this version have 16 gym's, 2 regions (Kantho and Jotho), many legandary Pokemon and a nice story. So it's MUCH MUCH MUCH more fun^^ //// Sorry for bad English, I'm from Germany
