is it only me or...?

    ok when I first came to Romulation it had a 100kbs limit for non-members if I remember right, then you members got a 250kbs limit, now when I try to download it offers me only the Europian server with a 100kbs limit, wtf?

    I have about a 10000 points

    US Server is down, the European server is probably pretty full due to that. So that's why your downloads are probably slower.

    the limits now change according to how busy the server is. If its more busy they're lower.
