Is an R4-Pocket just an R4-SDHC?

    Okay, I have what is called an R4 Pocket, I search and nothing comes up for it but I know that an R4 usually only takes up to 2GB of memory but my can take up to 8GB and on the memory card it says 'SDHC' so I'm assuming my flashcart is also R4-SDHC otherwise it wouldn't even start with anything larger than a 2GB. So I'm lookin' for new firmware and I wanna be sure it's really just an R4-SDHC so can anyone tell me?

    So would I install it like an R4 SDHC or something? I'm no good with these things..
