Is 5.50 GEN D (Full) the same as 5.50 GEN D3 ?

    Just a handful of ISO/CSO's dont run for me (PSP 1000 series) and under my system settings . It shows next to system software: 5.550 GEN D (Full). I;m reading that updating to 5.50 GEN D3 might help with some of my game issues and that I can use Prometheus 4 with 5.50 GEN D3. So, is 5.50 GEN D3 already fall under 5.50 GEN D (Full) ? or is it a totally different update?

    **Just found out it is correct, That for the PSP 1000 it wil lsay GEN D (FUll) and for 2000 and 3000 series it reads different under system software***

    yeah if you update to another version of the D series software, you would have to read what that fixes, cause before mine got bricked i was running 5.00 M33-6 w\ prom loader, so i wasn't really having an issue loading any of the games that i had for it, i have used 5.50 Gen-D once maybe twice and i had many more issues with that than anything, main reason i downgraded in order for it to work right for me

    I am using 6.35 CFW v17 and I have no problem running most games. There's a CFW 6.37ME V7.

    But, yes, you will have to update your GEN (FULL) to GEN-D3 if you want more games to work. And you may have to use Prometheus as well.
