iplayer won't read my SD card.

    I've downloaded the OS and the latest firmware but when I start the iplayer, it'll say "No find SD card" even though the SD card is in the iplayer. I checked the FAQ on the site and it didn't have anything to say about this.

    Make sure the sd card is in the right way and in far enough. Don't push too hard though or you will break the sd card.

    When you downloaded the OS from the iplayer site, it comes in a ZIP file, and in that file is a folder called "en"

    You need to take the files and folders out of the "en" folder.

    Should be:
    _system
    readme.txt
    update.dat

    Put those folders on your MicroSD. Like all cards, they cannot be in a folder, they have to be on the root of the MicroSD for the card to detect the files correctly.

    Try testing with another MicroSD.
