But why would you want to be tracked? You can track any phone, even if its jailbroken. You have to take the battery out if you dont want to be tracked
it can only be found if it still transmits and then you have to use radio triangulation. it wouldnt be very accurate. With the sim, the cell network can triangulate that exact device from the cell towers its connected to and get a location within several feet.
