Need some help in how to download Roms for iOS or do I need to download a rom on my computer then transfer the file to iOS
Actually it doesn't quite matter. Just as long as you have; 1. ample space to download and extract the file, 2. appropriate app to extract it, and 3. stable wireless connectivity (especially when downloading large/very large file).
