So I recently updated my wii to 4.3 E to get my friend's Just Dance 3 to work. I go to USB Loader GX to play a game, and when I click to play a game I get a black screen. I upgraded USB loader to 3.0 (haven't updated wii in ages so haven't needed to do anything) and I get the same issue, but instead it goes black and goes back to the homebrew channel. After looking through google, I think I need to install the forwarder channel, so I got the wad and tried using WAD Manager 1.7. When I try to use IOS249, my wiimote loses sync at the NAND emulator part, and won't regain it until I restart my wii. I tried the other IOS', which do work, but when I try to install the forwarder channel wad I get an error (2011 I think, I can re-check if you need it). I'm assuming this is because my USB Loader GX runs on 249 (I tried changing it but it just keeps changing to 200 on the usb loader). So now I'm trying to install IOS 249 as I'm guessing that's what i need to do..but I don't know how to and I don't want to brick me wii. I've tried googling it, but haven't had much luck =/ Can anyone help me? (I gave all the additional information incase IOS 249 is not the actual problem, I'm just assuming it is)
Try Uloader, USB GX is buggy, it will often refuse to load games or crash in the process, try also a program pimp my wii, simply select the update option, it will seek outdated CIOS/MIOS and will download them
