INTRODUCTION.

hello everyone. i' m xavier paolo josh mandreza from las pinas city, philippines. i'm 31 years old and have been an avid console gamer since i got my very first game boy color in september 1996. since then i've had at least ten years experience of console gaming from the game boy to the PS2. and needless to say, my favorite games are POKEMON and GOD OF WAR.

i work as a customer service representative in a prestigious bank here in manila (sorry, cannot disclose the name due to security reasons.) and have been working there for two years now. asides from gaming, i'm an avid writer, reader and websurfer and had been contributing posts for the past five years. over the course of that time i have been able to make some few friends....anyway and this would be my very first contribution to a gamer website.

to be honest i have long wanted to introduce myself since my friend recommended me to romulation.net on december 2008 which was when i also bought my very first nintendo DS. actually i bought a pair and gave the extra one to my brother. what i have is the US (corrected!) version. i know this because it's a 110V whereas here in the philippines we usually use 220V. and of course the instruction booklet where it is written in french, spanish and english. i decided to just browse and read what this site had to offer and ever since then i had no regrets. there was even one point when i was told that this website recieved a cease-and-desist order from Nintendo regarding rom downloads and i really panicked. fortunately for some reason the order did not go through.

more power to seph and the other administrators here in romulation. you guys have the best quality downloads ever and i can say for sure that pretty soon you guys will be one of the premium websites the internet has to offer. thank you for enhancing my gaming life.

You're 31 & your first console was a Gameboy? Really?

I'm 30 & I started playing on a friend's Atari2600 & my first console was a FamiCom (an NES for the Americans).

Anyway, welcometo this fine community that the Almighty seph has created.

AHH God of War...that is one of very few game I have beat numerous time and I still play it over and over and never tire of it and when 3 comes out that maybe my time to purchase a PS3

Dude that's creepy...that's almost exactly how I started out except my first console was the Atari 2600 (after playing a friends) and then the NES
