my internet used to reach up to 250 kb/s download speed but now it only goes up to 20 kb/s. I kept asking my dad to contact the ISP but he says he doesn't want to and blames me for messing it up. I can assre you I have installed NOTHING that uses the internet. I was wondering if there are any fixes I can do. my dad already did an ip renew from the configuration but no luck
What country are you again? And what isp? Prehaps you've gotten capped, when my 20gb limit runs out I go from your speed to what your experiencing now.
Dude, if you're using PLDT and your connection is ****ing up, I got news for you, it happens ALL THE TIME. I've been using the same service for 7 years. Just call them to get a ticket and if the problem is still there after 24 hours they will send someone over. You're Dad is wrong. There is no one that can "accidentally" reduce your connection speed unless you knew what you were doing and you did it on purpose.
