Hmm..."intelligent object"...I suppose you mean an object built upon and given AI?

    I guess...roboticisation, if that's actually a technology?

I think LK probly got closer to what you intended to ask than I did.

Put a computer chip in a metal can and you got yourself a walking, talking, robot ;D

The object however would not be as clever as those with a brain ;D

My ps3 is more intelligent than me, you press the power button and it shuts down.

    I broke mine.

depends how well the AI is designed and written.

2DamCerius My eyes for your brain...fair trade.

The only thing that would lead a man to construct such a thing is if he was very, very, VERY bored to death and decides to write complex algorithms.

by "intelligent Object" i ment things like something that can
e.g. analysises a hand-written paper and read it.
unfortunaly i know that sonsers are used for that but i don't what
technology that is. also thats the only thing i found till now.
some more of such things like the example would really help me.

thats just an example. my problem is that i dont no what those
technologies are called. i need 3 technologies making a normal
object to an intelligent one. well, RFIF technologie seems to be one.
it makes an object be able to differenciat by comparing.
    need two more technologies
