What does "Install xpress recovery from gigabyte CD Title" mean? We don't have any CDs for any 'xpress recovery' or any CDs called 'Gigabyte CD Title', and never received one.

I've googled around, but the only links I can find for fixes link to some random chinese/japanese/korean (I don't know which) hardware selling site.

This message came up while I was trying to find the 'return to factory default' option for a crashed computer I have. It's the only option the computer has that resembles that option. The crashed computer is doing some thing where it tries to boot, and halfway through it restarts itself, which is why I even found this option.

it wants you to install a program called 'xpress recovery' from the CD that came with the motherboard. At a guess it won't help at all because such programs require you to make an image of the system before it fucks up so you have something to recover to.

Actually, we didn't get a CD with anything. We didn't even get a fricken Windows CD with this computer because we got it used and found out a few months later that it had a pirated version of Windows on it.

I can't torrent. o.o No matter the seeds, it always takes more than a week to download anything.

then the chances of a recovery image for your computer existing is nil. The only solution is a complete reinstall.
