I am currently at chapter 3 where I need to find balik the pirate and to solve some dispute between 2 fraction. Now I find where balik base is, but I was told in game that I need some deflector and have to search for it. The dispute part I need to find some dude in Lust sector (was told not accurate in game) anyone have any idea of how to complete this quest? Thanks.
The old guy is Gen Adidy (or whatever the last name was)..from one of the taverns in the Lutsk sector...I think it might have been Perekop. It's the guy that teaches you the skill that lets you have 2 ships in your fleet.
