    the cap is probably going to be sky high. Regardless, it doesnt cover immigration via the EU or via foreign owned companies importing foreign workers so its realistically not going to make a huge difference.

    its a step in the right direction and should keep a few jobs for the british.
    We cant go all out just yet we need to ease into it slowly so the do-gooders dont start protesting, a little bit at a time and no one cares/notices

    we dont get a choice about immigration via the EU or foreign companies bringing in their own workers, that's two of the many things that the EU has taken out of our hands.
