    Okay, well I'm Officially Forum Retarded.
    I wanted to talk about a fan-made ROM on here (I'm currently involved in the project) but I'm not sure which forum to post it, or if it's even allowed here.

    If it is allowed, can someone kindly tell me which forum to post in?
    And if not, then im sorry I wasted your time with this. :-\

    post it in gaming lounge. It will get moved if we later decide there's a better place for it.
