If you could do a remake of your favorite show...

Okay so I've got this "drunk" idea a few months ago, as I was watching Smallville.

Hey, if they can make a remake of a well known story, in this case the story of Clark Kent, why not make more!!

And then I remembered a few years back some classic 80's cartoons were given an "up to date" remake, I'm talking about Transformers, He man & The Ghostbusters of course. Well these remakes kinda sucked ass for me, since I grew up watching the originals & was starting to be heavily influenced by South Park, which we all here agree as the best cartoon of the current age, however sucky this latest season is.

Anyway, I thought what if one of the least bit cartoons to be remade was given a little South Park flavor, how would today's audience feel about it??

And here's my idea for a remake:

Care Bears Teens!!

Imagine, Care Bears specifically assigned to handle teen problems, like discrimination, sexual harrassment, sexuality & virginity, wouldn't that be kewl!!

I'll remake, The Mighty Morphing Power Ranger =P

the basic storyline will be similar, but its an anime instead of live action and its more violent and mature then the live action version XD

 

Since you're a fellow Asian in Asia, have you ever seen the original sentai versions of Power Rangers??

Well in recent years, for some bizzare reason the Japanese started to introduce psychology into kid's shows, that is the main character/s have issues regerding their selves in relation to society. You can feel this in Anime & videogames as well.

So actually the American "Rangers" are dumbed down 'cause the producers don't want kids to think maturely because the show is an advertiser's dream, oogle kids with the rangers & zords so they will buy them later

 

nope, i never watch Super Sentai before, only Kamen Raider and Ultraman....

edit: and my version of Power Ranger arent ment for the kid to watch.....its for teenager and adult

well I like Kamen Rider Black and Black RX the most, i even have thier theme song in my cell phone (double as mp3 player), but Kamen Rider Ryuki is nice as well

for the record, Saban's Masked Rider and Kamen Rider Dragon Knight is a crap....

 

My favorite Ultraman by far is Ultraman Tiger (Tiga)

 

well for Ultraman, I like Ultraman Ace the most, although i also like Tiga, Dyna and Gaia....

and as for monster, nothing can beat Baltan and his evil laugh "bahohohohoho" XD

 

How about an Ultraman remake where you can't see the "zipper" on the big guy's back

Kinda makes you wonder, what if the enlarged Ultraman forgot to zip his fly lol

Remake of the power puff girls

 

There's already a Power Puff Girls remake titled "Power Puff Girls Z", and it really REALLY SUCKS!!!

It's a Japanese anime, all PPG characters are there, but the story was given an Anime flavor. If you know Sailormoon, it's kinda like that but it blows.

Yeah that would rock but probably be available only on DVD, 'cause it would probable be rated quadruple X for violence, profanity & sex ;D

Robot Wars.

Well, not so much a remake... more a revival.

 

I would do a revival of Invader Zim. It was going somewhere, then it was up and cancelled.

 

Yeah that nicktoon rocked, I especially loved the disgusting stuff that happened in it, like when Dib was punished to clean toilets with his head ;D

But I really loved Gaz, she rocked!!

Invader zim was a little Dull for me..... I liked Catdog better...
