Yes, you can. But if the game features anti-piracy/firmware checks that needs patching, you won't be able to run the UMD. (You can dump a copy of it and patch it yourself though).
Ok And might as well ask this question here instead of creating another topic... I have like, i dunno, 20 Micro SD cards, is there any way, like is there an adapter, to make it like a memory Stick Duo (Or w/e it's called), so i can use it with my PSP? I also have SD adapters if necessary...I just don't wanna waste money on more flash memory =/

They even make them that take two MicroSD cards and you format it, and it treats it as a single Pro Duo. If you choose the Double ones, I think you need to keep the MicroSDs together in the Pro Duo adapter, and don't use them separately again without formatting them.
