IE7 Right Drag = Red Marker??

    Hi everyone, I just accidentally found out that if I click the right mouse button and hold it and drag the mouse. it will create this red marker. when i release it, it will disappear. If i don't drag, the right click menu will show up.

    just curious anyone using Internet explorer 7 have this? and know what is it for? or anyone have it in IE6 or other versions.

    I am not able to reproduce this, whenever I do it it just pops up with the right click menu at the new location.
