    best gamecube emulator is dolphin, don't know about PSP and to my knowledge there are no working xbox emulators, most of the ones that do exist are fake and contain malware, the few real ones cannot play commercial games.

    it's not that great.....but it works for lower end games.....homebrew....some very low-spec commercial games too....nothing like resistance or anything....
