Okay, so I've been using DVD maker for a while. IT SUCKS. You can only fill out 150 mins for each DVD REGARDLESS OF FILE SIZE and it doesn't support a lot of widely-used formats like .mkv.

I've already tried another, sothink dvd maker. It works allright, and supports/can add more but it compresses the shite out of videos to fit on the disc. If a video file's 200 mibs big and twenty minutes long WHY do you have to kill the quality to put it in as 200 mibs of video that's 20 minutes long, especially since a DVD holds 4.7 gigs? This is actually COMPLETELY unnecessary compression and one of the main reasons a lot don't like it.

And yeah, 200 mibs/20 min isn't the best quality but it works for me.

So, is there any other DVD makers (preferably free but if it works well I'll pay) for windows that works right? It also has to be able to make its own menu so it will work on all players, not like burning an ISO of a pirated DVD w/menu or something.

    thanks.

I use convertxtodvd4 for burning stuff.I can add menus or remove them, and put separate files onto one dvd.You can keep packing stuff on,but the video quality will reduce.

    Yep. Same here.

ConvertXtoDVD is the best that I have used. Heck. I have an entire season of the Angry Beavers on a DVD5 disc. And that's like 24 episodes...so that's HOURS of video. :p

ImgBurn doesn't encode video files to DVD format.

DVDfab platinum is a good tool for doing thing s with DVD, like, convert it, burn, split it, make psp, ps3 format, or even get 3 movies from 3 dvds into one.
If you don't wanna buy it, send me a MP, I got a version that don't need to pay to use.
