i tried to download some games but my computer shut down.

    i tried to download some games but my computer shut down. As result I lost a lot of points. How can i return them?
    Don't look at grammar coz I'm from Russia and not good at English.

    just download the games again. it only takes the points once hours per game per 24

    ^ that seemed a little jumbled equity....

    Once youve payed points for a game it can be downloaded for free (no point cost) for the next 24 hours.
