I saved a game on epsxe and it stopped working

after i saved a game in epsxe through the save slot option on pocket fighter the emulator stopped working.
what can i do ?

Which version of ePSXe did you use?

 

newest 1.7.0

 

Switch to an older version. I use 1.6 and have never had a problem with any games... except Ace Combat 3.

 

Have you configure your memcard option?

 

try using Pete's OpenGL 1.76 Plugin

Go to Config --> Memcard.

configure it from there.

by the way, did you mean 'save slot' = in game save?
or save states?(F1)

i tried to config the memcar, it didn't work /:

 

The memcard you save in the game as you would do with a real memcard on a PS, and load up from the game

 

Check whether there are folder named 'savestates' in your ePSXe directory.

Configure your memcard to its directory.

e.g
C:\epsxe\memcard

 

all i found was one sstates folder and in all the other folder including thatone there were files with all kind of violence commands ike "kill.me" and staff

 

Fix'd, it should be 'sstates' not 'savestates', I'm sorry.

You can put it at any directory really.

 

i dont really understand what i need to download. i downloaded the epsxe1.7.o and auto config tool
the tool asks for pcsx2 wich i dont know what it is
is that what i was sepose do do ? (i'm not that good with the pc)

 

Setup version with real bios and memcard's epsxe000.mcr and epsxe001.mcr

ePSXe v1.7.0 , with bios and memcards, and needed .dll files

Setup config - memory cards - select fined epsxe000.mcr and epsxe001.mcr in your memcards folder, OK it , Save games as normal in game
