I received the wrong Flashcart.

i ordered a dstwo from ShopTempt and they sent me an ez flash instead! Is there any way i can fix this, I already opened a ticket on friday but they still haven't responded

 

Contact customer service.

Don't write an angry letter, but rather say what happened and you are dissatisfied with the item you received because it was the wrong item.

 

I think that's what opening a ticket means.

Well, just wait. They do get a lot o business, so give them a few business days to reply. That was only 1 business day ago. Give them till Wednesday.
