I REALLY NEED HELP!! WITH A SOMETHING PLEASE!

Okay, so i've been wanting to play pokemon platinum(dun flame me) but I dun knw what to do after i've downloaded the .rar file. PLEASE DUN USE SOME COMPUTER TERMS =D I would really appreciate it if you can tell me what else to download or how to use it.
