Just bought a m3 ds real with gba expansion and rumble pack. Take it right of box put my micro sd card in the reader (2gb card) and put inside of computer. I try to add the "System" File which I copied over and it starts to copy but when it gets to adding dldi_ds.g6 it doesnt work. Then when i try to delete the "System" file i can't until i unplug replug and then delete it.

It's brutal. I'm sure someone has asked this before... but I searched for it and didnt find a topic. If you could help me that would be awesome.

    Thanks

    Get the firmware from http://www.linfoxdomain.com/ds/.

Thanks, but it still isn't working. I downloaded latest version which is 3.9 and then copied the system file over to sd card and it was copying until it said something along the lines of "Homebrew parameter incorrect" and then it stopped. The file is originally 24 mb but I only have 8 due to the stoppage. Any other ideas? I have been waiting to use this for so long...

    Thanks again

I have realized that it is not the "System Folder" seeing as it stops in various spots every time usually saying I/O Device Error. I am using a 2.o T Flash card reader that i got with the m3, and I am using a verbatim micro sd card. Although when i try to format my card to fat32 (only options are fat and fat32) It says "Windows can not format the card" right at about 100 percent. Could it be that my sd card reader is just really bad? Or my sd card is really shitty?

    Anyone, please help...

    Thanks..

an I/O device error is usually caused by faulty hardware.

It probably isn't your reader, try using another MicroSD if you can.
