Hi, I recently bought an R4 and a 2GB microSD. Most roms have worked for me so far...but a few (examples: both Pokemon Diamond and Pearl and Sonic Rush (U)) have given me some trouble. When I try to copy them from my hard drive to the microSD (which is the removable disk, F:), it stops halfway throughout the copying process and gives me the error "Cannot copy so and so" and something about an I/O device error. I'm stumped. Why do I get this error, and how can I fix it?

What size is your MicroSD? Are you sure there's enough space? If not it sounds as if it's faulty.

2 gigs. There's definitely still more than enough space in it, as I've only very recently bought it and it contains only four DS roms. The error only happens with certain roms, though...but if it is faulty then I guess I'll just replace it and see ...(but I hope there's another solution for this).

Only certain roms? I doubt its the card thats faulty. What I would guess is causing it is for some reason your computer cannot read the area of your hard disk where these certain roms are. Maybe you have bad sectors on the disk.

I get this problem sometimes. Just take the reader out and put it in a different USB port. Should sort it.
