I needz help!!!

Ok, I'm wondering what I did wrong. I have WinRAR and I downloaded the game I wanted to use but...it doesn't play game. So I know this sounds stupid and there's probably some other thing I need to install or something to play the game. :'( So...can anyone help me?

Well...I'm going to re-download the game and hope it works but...I just know there's something I have to do to make it work...

Well...I sorta tried that but...it's sort of confusing. ??? Plus, since I'm downloading it again, I can't do what you want. Soz if I am causing troubles, I'm just not a techno-wiz.

Well...I don't know wut u mean by "how" I'm trying but I'm trying to play Digimon World 3...and ATM, the game is at 51% re-downloading. Basically it comes down to that I'm not very experienced with all this switching of files and stuff. But I wanna play...

 

How as in what you are going to use to play the game, like an emulator etc.

Yes I did, and I reinstalled it because I thought something was wrong with it.

After the download is complete, open it with WinRAR, then extract it to any directory you decide to put it into.

Well...the download actually just finished a bit ago. And it's Digimon World 3...and I don't know what an emulator is and not completely sure where I need to extract the file to.
