The more details no matter how sketchy it might be, could just help to lead us nail the title. At this point it's mere random guessing. Some how I'm thinking it might be Dig Dug, Radical Bomber!! Jirai-kun, JNKBombers, Dynamite Jack, or maybe just part of the Bomberman Series which you think is from different title.
