I need the patch to get rare items for Phantasy Star 0

    lol, not everything is available as a patch. It's most likely to be available in the form of AR codes. Check out in cheats.gbatemp.net

    I just downloaded the EDGEcheats file and there weren't many useful codes. Exp, character modifier, max meseta, etc. The only item codes were for Mag souls and photon drops. Meh, but it's all good.

    I downloaded the ps0 patch that allowed me to play the game. Is there another patch I need to get rare items or am I good to go with the existing patch? THanks

    as far as i know you odnt need a new patch, the rare items are obtained from either main history missions or side quests and both by random chance.
