I would really like to play one, but don't know what to get. here are my guidelines: Action/Adventure, NO turn-based battles, 3-d graphics, can be played with a Joy-stick/gamepad (optional), must be free, no runescape or WOW Here's my specs: Windows XP Home SP2 Intel 82810e GHCM 320 MB ram 15.4 GB left on hard drive Pentium III 700 MHZ processor
Umm... How big is your video card memory? I came across a forum that has a the list of the low-specs. Since it's a forum, I don't think I allowed to post a link to that site. Just google up: "Free low spec MMOS", it should be on the 1st or 2nd list.
I suggest Maplestory if your into that thing, the battles are real-time and it's low req and has an item shop instead of subscription. But it's grindy as hell. Just to warn you on that. And it can be played with a gamepad quite easily, although I never tried.
Perfect World International It will work on your PC and it's free! It has surprisingly good graphics aswell, look up some gameplay vids if your unsure. The only problem is it takes a very long time to download and install. But the downloader has a cool feature in which you can pause the downloading, and it creates a shortcut to resume on your PC. Handy if you've been told to go to bed : Anyway, I think it's well worth it. Enjoy!
PW on a computer with 320 RAM and 700 mhz ? Gotta be kidding. (oh wait, just checked, inded it works o.รต) I belive that Priston Tale will load on you comp. Easily. Ragnarok should work too. Just look for an private. Barely, but Fly For Fun maybe works on your comp.
FLYFF is the most wirthless game ever, don't bother trying it out. I say you should look at gameplay pictures and videos of Perfect World International.
Dungeon Runners is a free MMORPG that doesn't require high-spec PCs and it's a bit like WoW with it's own feel. It's an MMO more focused on solo fighting. If you don't like a nerdy looking MMORPG similar to WoW, then play Fiesta, an okay MMORPG with a cartoony artstyle. Both suggested games are in 3D.
guild wars. you might have to buy it (around $20 - $30) but these no subscription fee perfect world is good but unless you can stand a combat system that take like three seconds to respond after pressing the attack button (its not laggy. i know) you'll give up quickly like me shin megami tensei imagine is also pretty good. it has cutscenes but no audio dialog. do other mmos have cutscenes? this is the only one i've played that has them
