I know you're probably sick to death of points questions... but.... umm....

    Hi,
    I am new, only signed up today, most of the things I downloaded had no points but points did disappear a couple of times on zero points downloads. I'm only downloading nds files at the moment. I've read all the other posts but I thought I'd just let you know I checked on every one, and I definately did lose points when I shouldn't have. But its not that many so moving on...
    I did that trial thingo that you take up an offer and get ten thousand points. the one I took was supposed to happen straight away. That was hours and hours ago, actually probably around 12 hours now, and I still don't have the points.. and I'm getting low!
    I'm going to paypal to buy some so I can keep going in the meantime, but I kinda thought I had waited long enough for an instant points transfer to mention it hasn't happened! I received confirmation email and everything, but no points.
    ahhhh these dammed points must give you a headache lol
    Also, I did reply to another post but I have no idea where it was and can't find it again, so Ill ask my question here. I have a heap on nds games that i was surprised to see you dont have, is there a way to upload them to you, or any other suggestions? And do I get points for that lol!!!

    the point count gets changed to 0 for 24 hours after you have downloaded a file that costs points. So it probably did cost points.

    It is instant from the time we are informed of your successfully completing the offer. the delay is likely with trialpay verifying you have completed the offer requirements and informing us of that.

    We have all numbered commercial roms, with very few exceptions, which are: anything in the sims series, sonic: the dark brotherhood and viva pinata. We do not have these games because we received legal threats when we had them

    okay now i have no idea what you mean by the point count gets changed to zero for 24 hours??
    I havn't been a member for 24 hours yet lol BUT I lost points before I downloaded a file that wasnt a zero pointer, if I'm reading your comment correctly. prob not, it's 4am here and i haven't gone to bed yet so i'm easily confused!
    Like I said, I had an email instanstly from Trialpay confirming the requirements had been done and the points would tranfer immedicately because that was the offer... I just went to have another look but it's gone! The others all look the same... brain turning into a pretzel now...

    as for the games, i'm not talking about any of those that you mentioned, it's usually something like you have blah blah and I have blah blah 2. Or the other way around. or some things just don't seem to be here... but then again I was using genres and after reading through the posts and looking at the genres on the ones i downloaded maybe i just need to search title by title. But if one comes up surely the other one would? I did a search on ds roms 'imagine' and i have a few that the search didn't have. Is it maybe just a search issue? Like they are really here but the search didn't pick them up for some reason?

    man i'm so tired im started to sound like a teenager lo

    oh and hey.. thanks for getting back to me so quickly, that's like superspeed awsome.

    another quickie... is there any way to convert a game from apple i downloaded from itunes onto my ipod touch to a ds game? I have cake mania 3 but it doesn't appear to here, i haven't checked right into it but i don't even know if its released on ds yet.

    Points are taken when you click the download link, and at the same time the point cost is reduced to 0 so if you need to download it again during the next 24 hours you will not lose points a second time. After 24 hours the original point cost is restored and if you download it again after this time you will be charged that point cost.

    no idea.

    Genres/ratings are assigned by users and as a result not all games have genres/correct genres. It is not advisable to use genre in your searches for this reason. There are other factors that affect search accuracy, make sure you always double check your search options and don't use words like 'the' in your search.

    no, there is no way of doing that.

    Will look into the trialpay thing tomorrow, was just about to head to bed but if you would PM me your transaction ID then that would speed things up.
