I have x2 Nintendo DS Lites, which flash cart should I get?

Ok, I have never owned a flash cart but I'm going to be buying one soon. Which flash cart should I get for the DS Lite? Now keep in mind I don't plan on ever getting a DSi.

From just browsing around it seems like the CycloDS or the Acekard 2 were the best cards I could get. I could be wrong what do you guys think?

 

I love my CycloDS.

But the Acekard2i is much cheaper, and has very good compatibility as well.

 

Those are good choices. Save you a few dollars if you just go with the Acekard 2, not 2i. You should check out their websites for a list of features, or the reviews at GBAtemp.net.

 

Ok thanks for the info, I just have one question. What should I get Acekard 2 or Acekard 2i.

I looked at the reviews and stuff and couldn't tell the differences between them except one works for the DSi and the other doesn't. Is there more to it then just that?

 

You can just get a Acekard 2 if you don't plan on a DSi. The Cyclo has more features such as RealTimeSave, in-game text reader, slow game speed etc., for a higher cost.

 

We should seriously have a debate board for all these "Which is better blah or blah" topics, or at least a stickied topic for debating on this forum.

 

nah get a fire card
sure it dosent come with cheats but it is awesome

 

And split the choice of cards into 2 x categories,for people who are/are not worried about price.I had my eye on an Acekard,but if Tirith recommends the CycloDS,thatll be the one for me.........

 

CycloDS costs more moolah, but is much better anyways. I wish I had one!
