They're all located on the touch screen. I'm trying to figure out if they're safe to fix and how you fix them. Also, they're white, if it makes a difference.

Sorry never had a Stuck Pixel o_o Try holding the disco block XP over the stuck pixel or sliding it over it!
you could always send it to nintendo last time i checked they had a service were they fixed dead pixels on any DS
HAHAHA. It's free if your warranty hasn't expired yet, but mine is expired. So it's either $75 to fix it, or $85 to get it replaced.
