    and the ps2 emulator hardly works at best

    i'm quite sure bios are still super illegal more so then iso's i think

    thats why you don't get it with the emulator and is hard to find

    I have no knowledge in BIOS stuff, I don't even know what it is, so i'll keep my mouth shut for now

    Most emulators have BIOS with them, differently made BIOS, they used to "ship" the NDS Arm7 and Arm9 BIOS with a package. Still have them. Otherwise they ask you to get the BIOS yourselves.
