Again, I am not quite sure if this is in the correct section. Pardon me. I tried uploading a GIF as an avatar. As I browse the forums, I have suspected that a couple of users have a moving (GIF) avatar. Yet, when I upload mine, it doesn't seem to move. Any possibilities? EDIT: Oh, forgive me.
