I have a question for Seph [NDS]

It pertains to the NDS games no longer being available. Will you still put them up just so we know which games have been released, even though they're not available?

 

There are already sites that do just that (they list scene releases but don't provide downloads). GBATemp is good, as is DS-Scene.

 

Why were the last 2 posts removed?

 

Nipping potential e-drama in the bud basically. I'd prefer it if you didn't call attention to it anymore if it's all the same to you.

 

It's neither "all the same" to myself nor anyone else who saw those two posts the Romulation moderators removed from this thread. Don't let Reider's stupid smiley emoticon fool you; he's trying to deflect valid questions from concerned gamers. Moderators on Romulation have a nasty habit of covering up dissent and silencing members who voice their unhappiness about the Romulation administration. Basically, a forum member told Seph that he needs to choose his next move or Romulation members will defect to other rom sites, and that if Seph doesn't tell us gamers what his next move will be (in regards to the future of Romulation.net), he should, in the member's words, "get the fuck out". Since Seph knows Nintendo and the ESA now patrol the forums here (and Romulation.net in general), Seph, being the frightened young man he is, is keeping his mouth shut and won't tell us the obvious: Romulation is dead and we gamers need to find an alternative to Romulation. Seph and his mod crew are in a huge amount of trouble over their current rom predicament, and the entanglement of Premium Accounts has made things even worse for them. Seph and his mod crew also have absolutely no control over Romulation now; Nintendo and the ESA run the show, and Seph and his lackeys are just little puppets. The second removed post involved another member quoting the first member who told Seph, rightfully, that he needs to "get the fuck out" if he doesn't tell us where Romulation.net is headed next.

And guess what? I bet moderators will try to remove this post. Fuck 'em. Alternatives are at your fingertips, gamers. Go to Google and you'll get some amazing alternatives, all of which don't force you to deal with the jerk administration I've seen on Romulation countless times censoring, banning, disrespecting, and cheating formally-loyal Romulation members. The least Seph and his cronies can do to try to rectify this rom debacle is give all members who paid for Premium Accounts a full-refund (since they're basically charging money for roms), but since they're so greedy and underhanded, it won't happen. Instead of a blaring front-page declaration on Romulation.net announcing refunds for ALL Premium Account members (past and present), you get a whisper from Seph hidden within the site that only "recent members" who are "frustrated" in the lack of NDS roms can get a refund.

If you're a smart gamer you'll ditch Romulation real fast. It's all goin' downhill for 'em.

You do not know what obstacles RomU has been through with ESA giving them a hard time, doing their best to provide whining people like you NDS ROMS and good service.
And for the Premium Members, give Seph some time.
You didn't expect this and Seph didn't either.
You didn't pay Seph for the ROMS, they were free.
No, you paid him for the faster download speeds, new games e-mail updates and for the purpose of showing off in the forums (Kidding.)
Seph spent his time into this site, used his skills, did his best into this site. At least say thanks to him, once in a while.

The two posts I deleted were in violation of the rules. I don't give a fuck who you think you are quite frankly, but the way the question I deleted was phrased, anyone with half a brain would've drawn offense to it and I imagine we would already be having this "debate". Perhaps next time, you should take into account the wording and consider that maybe your post might stir some unwanted drama? We've had so much of this crap in the past couple weeks any normal person would be sick of it.

It's not their right.
