i have a problem

hi i have downloaded some games off this site but when i go on my R4 when im on my DS it is not there when it is in the computer it is what do i do?

is the problem because it is a different file type to the others?

 

before you can play games you need to install something called firmwire on your R4, that data runs the interface and such stuff. made it easy for ya, the lastest version is in the link below

i can use games just the ones downloaded from this site dont work

 

im sorry about ur problem but this question im gonna ask has nothing to do with this topic but i just need help in this: My question is:
If i have a japanese game and an the same game but in english will i be able to use the save from the japanese game to the english one? please reply as fast as possible... thanks to all! and thanks to this amazing site! sorry bout ur problem mate

 

no you cant unless you can change the save type

 

What file type do you usually use? What file type are the ones from here?

they are nds files and these are RAR files

 

How have you got this far without knowing about file compression? Anyway, when a file ends with .rar it means the file is compressed. You need a program like winrar ( http://www.rarlab.com/ ) on your pc. Then you use that to extract the .nds file from the .rar file.

 

note: you have an R4 u need the _system_ and moonshl map, DS_menu.DAT _DS_MSHL.NDS and _DS_MENU in ur disk--> put em as i said here, putting all these in 1 map will cause the system to malfunction.

make a map with the games name, get WINRAR, and unzip the file in that map.
