I was trying to download Final Fantasy VII and it took like six hours until the download stopped because it "timed out." The game cost about 430 points and I think it might take about a week to be able to try again. Is there any way to fix this?
Downloads are free to download for 24 hours following the initial download. They are also fully resume-able if you use a download manager, this does not cost point either. Also, this is not a site bug since it's not really our problem the connection to you time out, especially since we offer so many ways to resume or restart without point cost.
