I don't know how to run the PSX ROM on PSP. Or it's really impossible?

I usually use the site just to download the DS ROM. Recently, my girlfriend just bought me a brand new PSP and she says that it's possible to run ISO on that system.
So, i try to download it from this site, but my PSP (which is already flashed and modded) always detect the game file as corrupted (which never happens to PSP games' ISO or CSO).
I just want to know if it's possible. Thanks in advance.

Have you converted it to eboot?

Yes, you have to get a converter for it from the web.

Basically you just download the ROM
Convert the rom in to a .IMG file with programs like Alcohol 52% or CloneCD
Then EBOOT it. I use Icetea 1.3
Then put in your Game folder in your PSP.

PSX roms need to be in EBOOT format, using psx2psp or icetea.

then put that in X:\PSP\GAME\(folder, name of game, no spaces)

    so for example: E:\PSP\GAME\FF9\EBOOT.PBP

for PSP games, you just put it in the ISO folder obviously.
