so then i can play them because sonic and phantasy star just start with a blank white screen yu-gi-oh just lags too much cant get past the first duel.

I'm pretty sure the rom download comes bundled with either a patch or a pre-patched version As far as I know, Super Princess Peach does not need any patching. If it is not working on your emulator or flashcart, then you need to upgrade your emulator, or change its settings, or update your flashcart firmware.
well for super princess peach i just picked up the no$gba 2.6a with all packages and the ghost stage still has no picture i will have to start over with spirit tracks i guess
