I can't get pokemon black or white to work on my R4i

Before anyone complains about how many people ask this or direct me elsewhere i have tried for the past 3 hours every single way of getting it to work but to no avail. Any help whatsoever would be more than welcome, i'm dying to play this game. Thanks in advance.

 

How many different patches have you tried?

 

I mostly tried the pre-patched ones, but everyone seems to be using wood 1.13 and that plain refuses to work on the r4i for me

 

Try patching one yourself.

Wood is for original R4 carts only.

try this, it worked for my r4i sdhc card. im not sure if this works for black as i am playing white version.

you will have to download pong and retros updated menu first
