I recently downloaded a .rar package of final fantasy tactics and it came out as a .bin.ecm and a .cue file, which is normal i assume. I try to open up the .bin file directly with pcsx using the moopy plugin or whatever and it says "The document “Final Fantasy Tactics [NTSC-U] [SCUS-94221].bin.ecm” could not be opened. PCSX cannot open files in the “PCSX Document” format." What can i do to fix this? i tried mounting things with toast but nothing helps...by the way im on a macbook pro 4gb ram 250hd.

Reame the game and take off the .ecm and leave it as .bin and .cue image

Then try running the game again

Are you could try the epsxe 1.7.0

Setup version with real bios and memcard's epsxe000.mcr and epsxe001.mcr

ePSXe v1.7.0 , with bios and memcards, and needed .dll files

    For plugins http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/psx/psxplugins-tools.html

    Need to be configrated

They are not many emulators for a mac OS system

Even that emu you have was dated back to 2003

Did you take of the .ecm

    [SCUS-94221].bin.ecm

    To

    [SCUS-94221].bin

Also you may need the real bios , and config it

No emu will play without bios

ecm is a compression format, you need a program called unecm. Not sure if theres a mac version.
