The SNES emulators don't work too well for NDS flashcarts...

The only games that I could play were Aladdin and Super Mario All-Stars.

Other than that, I'm not sure what works. :p

And why I play SNES on my Wii and PSP. :)

So, the question to ask is:

What games are you trying to play?

    Megaman X 1-3
    F-Zero
    Super Mario RPG

Megaman Games should work fine, at least mine do.

I am pretty sure there is some kind of technical problem with F-Zero.

I'm not sure about Super Mario RPG.

Somethings you can do are making sure that you use only the ROMS with [!] in their name, these are the unaltered ROMS.
Also make sure that you have the latest version of the emulator.
One more thing that I've heard is that sometimes Emulators for the DS require DIDL patching.(or something like that)

Somewhere on GBATemp there is a compatibility list, I'll try to find it for you.

Super Mario RPG and some others had extra hardware in the cartridges (because the SNES wasn't powerful enough to run the games by itself...) rendering it unplayable on the DS emulator at the moment.

Also Kirby Superstar and Star Fox.

O.K. According to the compatibility list:

    MMX1 works fine.
    MMX2 is O.K. but sprites aren't visible.
    MMX3 doesn't work due to un-emulated chips.

F-Zero Works fine with minor graphical glitches.

And Super Mario RPG won't work, not even booting.

The MMX games do have enhancement chips. Super Mario RPG does too.

I don't think MMX1 & MMX2 didn't need chips. According to this list they both work although MMX2 has a sprite glitch.

Well, the info on the CX4 chip says that MMX2 and MMX3 had them. Possibly why 2 and 3 have errors (2 just not as much). Says it was used for mapping the wire frames of the sprites.

CX4 is possibly partially emulated with the SNEmulDS, or it is not emulated, but MMX2 doesn't use it as much as MMX3 does.
