So I extract the file after download, start it up on the no$gba and it just stays on "Intializing save file memory"

It's obvious what I'm asking, hopefully I haven't missed something why this isn't going nowhere. Sorry, if I sound noobish here :p

    Use NO$GBA 2.6a, if you aren't already.

Then read this thread about rom patching:

I know about that teleporting problem thing. I'll get to that if I can make pass the screen I said above. But if that patch thing helps with "My problem", I'll do it then.

I put in the patch and no go. Man, I swear I've tied everything I know to get pass this screen. If I were to list what I've done so far it would come to 20.

Why the hell will this not work for me?!? If this keeps up, I'll just buy the damn game. I was gonna buy it anyways but this borderline ridiculous.

Are you using NO$GBA 2.6a? Set the save type to Auto, and it should work fine...

Im unsure about the compatability with emulators, but seriously if your going to emulate it then you may as well just download a snes emulator and play the original.

A few warnings also for those posts above

    Here's a picture of my settings in NO$ 2.6a

Just for reference. (Nothing special, just the default settings really).

LOL, I did that 50 times, along with other ways to bypass this save thing. And sorry I didn't mentioned before, I do have the latest no$gba 2.6a.

How long do you let it sit at "Intializing save file memory".

Sometimes you just have to let it do it's work. It will only do it on the first run.

Well, I make it sit there like 5-10 minutes. But that's not normal, right?. Oh, and I just realized that I don't have auto for DS backup thing, yet you and I both have the no$gba 2.6a.

No that's not normal. That means you don't have 2.6a. Check the version in the Menu.

Okay, I checked the menu thing, it says 2.6 not 2.6a. Opps my bad, I'll download the the newest one then, I guess.  I'll post back here instead of double posting. I apologize for that above. I just wanted attention to this cause it seems like I'm the only one that's having this problem. This is evident by no one posting anywhere on this forum about this.

Edit: Okay, downloaded and the game works now and with the patch is in too. Just have to see if it works.

Because it's pretty pointless to emulate CTDS, when it would be better to play the SNES version first.

Doesn't the DS version have additional FMVs or Cutscenes, what ever you wish to call them?

I've played the SNES one but..
He just answered your question, that's why I want it and I wouldn't went to all this trouble to do this, which also I'm still gonna purchase this as well too. Well my problem have been solve by a little inquiry. This thread can be locked now. Thanks to those who have helped me.

Yes it has the FMVs, just like the PSX release.
