Have you tried using a different server option? You know, europe, usa...try them both... And what internet browser you using-you do need to tell us what you are running... I'll leave you to fill us in
need more information, what browser and OS are you using, at what point do you get the message, and what is the exact message?

Hello I am having a similar problem. I use to log onto this site go the the NDS rom link on the right hand side of the page and download the NDS Rom files for my son's R4 card, now the link is no longer active and I don't know how to get .rar files to work on his Nintendo DS... PLEASE HELP!!!

for me i use firefox 3.5 on windows XP SP2, i could download noarmally before but now it's just impossible

that means you're trying to download more than one file at once, which we do not allow. Alternatively, IDM may be trying to open multiple connections.
strange , i didn't download 2 files at once, and IDM don't show me that he's trying to open multiple connections... what can i do?
check the IDM options for an 'acceleration' feature and make sure its disabled. The only other cause of a 503 error is someone else with the same IP as you is downloading a file. This can happen if you're behind a proxy or using public wireless (or some other form of shared internet).
